The fuse length is 96" from the from of the cowling front to the rudder post. The rudder is 12", and you would need to add another maybe 10" for the engine sticking forward of the cowling and spinner. The recommend a 6" spinner.

Craig,
The kit comes with a canopy cover and what looks like a good hardware package. Although there are some things that they leave for pilot's choice. Still need to select main gear 5" wheels and a 2" tail wheel. The carbon parts are there, you just need to get the wheels. I don't understand that.
There were no wings bags with mine, so I will have to look into getting something.

Off2fly,
Congrat on you choice. I think you will be happy. Keep us updated.

Well for me, I just had minor surgery, so I am up and around now, but not able to return to work for a week, sooooo, guess what I am going to work on ? Yesterday, I started sealing the covering down along the seams as suggested in the manual, and cutting out all the servo bays and control mounts. Today, I will work on the fuse seams and see where it all leads me. There are a bunch of things that I can do. I ordered some Pacer Hinge glue, should be here tomorrow, the Greves pipes should be here today. DA 150 on greves, should be interesting. I will see how this works and maybe look into a 170 down the road.

Well, alitte more internet searching and off to the shop.

Keep us all posted guys of any progress by all.

Here is the hardware package included with the plane. All packaged and labeled. Pretty much covers everthing you will need from what I see so far.

Reza, or anyone else that may know,

Question...... What are the plactic square pieces that are used to space the control horns for ?
Do they stay on the control horns when glueing them, the control horns, into the respective surfaces ?

Thanks, Joe

Are there two slots for servos in each elevator half or just one?

Hi Guys,

Are you talking about the very thin plastic squares with slots? If so those go over the control horn slots and control horns pass through them. Look at section 3 of the manual. There are some pics.

Thank you,
Reza

Wow Vann, I can see that big Christmas smile from here. Glad you like it.
Well I finished up installing the hinges and control horn Fri. Went E-Flying in Columbus yeserday. Now back to maybe installing the cowling today.

Reza, Yes, I can see where they go and I used them, but just was trying to understand their purpose. The control horn install went very well. I also like the beefy landing gear mounts. I don't think there will be any issues in this dept.

Ben, To my surprise, there is only one elevator servo setup per stab half. I thought it would have been better to have two to give someguys an option. I plan on using a Futaba 9156 servo and was told by QQ that there would be no problems. Still though, I would have prefered the option to use 2. Just my opinon.
