i got it for 160 eith shipping and all...finally got it going right, i found a thread in this redcat section, and got the base settings, and tuned it, only issue is that the idle set screw, right below the air fileter, doesent seem to do anything, turns forever in either direction with no change...

is the os .18 cvrx a really good upgrade for the tornado? cause i just put the one speed trans in my bb and used a 13 tooth clutch bell and it goes but doesnt have much low end power. and the track im gonna be racing is a tight track. im mostly gonna use the buggy to race. i wanna see how much i can pull out of this buggy.

the os is a great engine but the single speed with the 13 tooth bell should be pretty quick of the line.

no, 240-250 is good if your running it, not for an idle. you can run 260 and be ok

idk if il be able to safely stay at those temps because probubly like by u its been in the 20's and we had snow and alot of ice the other day. so probubly to get up to 250 il have to run to lean, in turn not giving the engine enough lube right?

or kentucky, we almost never get snow up here.....this is the first time in like 6 yrs that we've had snow. sometimes playing with the cars in the snow is fun....but not the greatest idea.

oh yeah whos bright idea was it to have a bashing contest in the middle of winter? i think ehroof might be able to answer this

nope, turns forever without changing a thing...

a new issue has arissen, the fact that it willnot start, but i think(with the help of ehroof) that it is the clutch spring, so im gonna check later today if the clutch spring is fine or not, if it needs to be replaced, i may order it and a new car, as the gap isnt changing with the idle set screw...so would i be right to assume that i would need a new carb? if so, could someone point me in the right direction? its a tsunami...how much do they run?$?$?$?
