Has anyone has built the Taylorcraft before had trouble with the landing gear covers. The ARF that was sent to me did not have the holes thread out in the landing gear for the screws and in turn they ended up sending me a new landing gear !!!!
Also the manual says to use "four 2mm x 6mm machine screws" and in the picture it is showing a sheet metal screw ?

I am not trying to knock E Flite I very much like there planes and think this will be a very scale and nice sunday flier.

Status: offline 		Time to replace my Flyzone Select Scale Super Cub. I think the Taylorcraft will fit the bill nicely. I have an E Flite Park 450 and (4) S75 servos and a 20a speed control looking for a new ride. Have any of you made the transition from the FZ S-Cub to the TC? Similarities and differences?

Status: offline 		I went with the T craft 450. Used the 450 motor and VERY happy with it. A friend has the same plane with a 480. Faster, climbs vertical a bit farther but the 450 does real nice. I put 3" wheels on mine and never used the wheel pants. Great looking and flying plane!

Status: offline 		Got the TCraft. I have the park 480 gotta check which one I think th 975kv unit. looking for servos i see hitech makes a compatible servo, LHS stocks those. I like the look of the wood prop.

Status: offline 		Ok I inspected my motor box a little more carefully and find I have the 1020 KV park 480. This plane really looks wonderful right out of the box! I should get started tomorrow night on it! Have any of you set up aileron differential on this version T-craft?
