Thank you a lot TD, It is all really solid. Can't wait to get the project done and go test it.

Now you get to put those suspicious RDL CVD's to the real test...

He is not using a tranny. He's using a direct drive setup with an outrunner.

Well got my Roadboy TVP's on order. And was going to buy the ex arms/CVD's as well, but am wanting new batts. I need some opinions/ suggestions. I'm running this brushless motor on a mamba with a bec http://www.impaktrc.com/product_info.php?products_id=2337&osCsid=fd2809fb5b750cd0c1abbac24c6e8890 . Was wondering if 2 of these http://www.a123racing.com/SpecSheets/RC_A123_2S2P_rate_14Aug06.pdf would work well with it?
Thanks

That pretty much sums it up.

When I have the E-Savage out I drive it like the way you describe it.

After seeing Pedebeater's E-Savage gussied up in GCM gear, these pics below are a bit anticlimactic. I ended up getting the RPM bumpers after all.

Can someone comment on the suspension travel of an E-Savage vs. the 16.8V E-Maxx? It seems in videos I watch the E-Savage bounces around more than the E-Maxx. Seems the E-Maxx absorbs more of the bumps without the bouncing. Could just be me.

Just do a shock adjustment (oil, springs, etc). When I first got mine, I changed the shock oil because they were too hard.
