Mike,
I am about to purchase a new charger to handle larger battery packs - 1500 mah +, up to 6v.
The CG-335 LOOKS like it will fill the bill but I was hoping for some clarification.
It has two outputs (fine) - one to handle up to 24 cells and one that is fixed at 4.8v and 250mah.

First, why not make both of them variable?

Second, what is the difference between Delta Peak w/auto trickle and Delta Peack Cutoff?

Third, while the primary will handle my 6v 2400mah RX pack, I also have an 1800mah 4.8v ingnition pack. Will I be able to charge it with the secondary port on the CG-335?

If both ports were variable the price of the charge would be much higher.

Delta peak is the peak detecting method. They are the same.

It would charge it overnight but not at the field because of the low rate.

Thanks Mike,
Regarding the third issue (and forgive my ignorance), 240mah is not a high enough rate to fast charge an 1800mah pack then?

Granted that 1800mah is enough capacity on ignition to fly for 3 days without recharging, fast charging isnt an issue.

Thanks again!

It would keep it topped off but would take many hours to fully charge it at 250mA per hour.
