have any of you tt01 owners ever ran it grip? the thing doesn't even run straight! and the worse thing is that you can't adjust it unless you buy up grades! W T F is that about?! i'm not totally dissing Tamiya, i love their detailed bodies but the amount of thought that was put into the tt01 is a huge disappointment out of the box. you really can't have much fun when you put time into building it and then taking it out thinking that you are going to drive it strait and it veers to the left and crashes.

It's probably because you built it or set it up wrong.

You may have never set it up right, and you just notice the left side veering when drifting because of the reduced grip...

TT-01d's are pretty solid cars.

um.. i was talking about running it with rubber tires, not drifting it. it's not like it's rocket science to put together a tt-01

HPI Sprint 2, Better then a TT-01... Definately.. BUT... Only if you have access to the parts and a Clean Drifting Area...

IF you are going to be a Ghetto carpark Slider (which I am ) then the TT01 is perfect... Well protected Driveline and with the Alloy propshaft and Ball Bearings, a Pretty damned good drifter...

The E10....... Jury remains to be asleep on that one... Personally, I wouldn't get one nor can I recommend it..
