Status: offline 		My exceed ultra wont shift into second gear, Any ideas why it wont shift?

Status: offline 		you may need to adjust the shifter, you turn the grub screw counterclockwise to make it shift at lower rpms and clockwise for higher rpms

Status: offline 		you will see if in front of the plastic spur gears, there is a silver disk, thats the shifter. you may need to turn the wheels to see the grub screws, there are 2 of them, one holds the shifter on the shaft and one adjusts the shift time, the one that is tight holds it on the shaft and dont loosen that one, you loosen the other one.

Status: offline 		if you mean the 2 speed shifter then yes, there is a ball, then a spring then the grub screw.
