Rhe "Lil Trickler" seems to simply insert a diode into the AC line thereby reducing the ouput of your chargers to a very low rate. You can also do it much simpler by using an appliance timer set to charge the packs for 1 hour a day after being fully charged. Plug a power strip into this timer and you can handle as many planes as the power strip has outlets for your wall charger.
