Hi,

How do you go about installing a 1/8 exhaust pipe on a buggy?

Is it just tighting of a screw or do you have to do some welding??

(say on a RC8/ 8ight or even a Inferno).

The header is held on with springs around the head of the motor, and the header is held to the pipe with springs as well. If you hit a crash at a weird angle, it will give a little, as where welding it won't allow any give...

there's no welding, the pipes and headers are held on with springs, zip ties and wire brackets.

it has either 2 screws on it or it has a wrap around coil, spring, and it doesnt need to be welded but some pros like to stiffen the pipe up just so thats one less thing they have to worry about. VERY EASY
