Now this thread is back on the front page, just thought I would ask Isaac how the Osmose has held up now that you would have had time to fly a few more contests etc.
How reliable have the electrics and in particular the batteries been? Matt

Hi Matt13

Till now the Osmose has 375 flights without any failure.

The electrics works very well, At the hottest days, here in Israel (35 Celsius), the speed control reaches 52 Celsius, the motor and the battery also come out fairly cool.

The TP 5000 V2 did not survived very long and they were replaced with the new TP Pro Lite 5300 V2.

Regards,

Isaac Najary

Hi Enrique

The TP 5000 V2 last about 50 - 70 flights in average.
The TP PL 5300 V2 are much stronger, till now, after 70 flights, no problems.

Best regards,

Isaac Najary

Hi Alejandro,

The P-09 and F-09 use about 3,600 mah with the TP PF 5300 V2,
and about 4,000 mah with the TP 5000 V2.
These numbers are now in the summer, 32 celsius.

Regards,

Isaac Najary

Hi Enrique,

I have TP PF 5300 V2 batteries, they last for about 80 proper P-11 or F-11 flights.

Newly I ordered 3 packs of the Power Unlimted Batteries
http://www.f3aunlimited.com/power_unlimited.html

I hope that they will be as good as they were described.

Best regards,
Isaac Najary
