The absolute worst thing I can think of about the 7C is that it DOES NOT support dual elevator servos.

according to the specs on the radio the &C 2.4 DOES support dual elevator mixing.

I think Zeeb is confusing the original 7C with the FASST version, the FASST version definitely does dual elevator servos.
While I don't have a 7C to check, I believe I've heard that you can do it on the original 7C with a P-mix, though I am not sure about trim coupling to the slave channel.
I have the 9Cs and use a P-mix to ch5 rather than the ailervator function, closer servo matching and you don't need an 8 ch receiver.

In the quote of my past post, it says the 7C, not the FASST system.

This is an old thread and points out something Futaba did right. The original specs for the 7 channel FASST system did not include support for dual elevator servos just like the 7C. There was a lot of complaining going on about that particular short coming especially when compared to the "other" 7 channel systems which did support that feature.

There is some speculation that part of the delay in getting the 7 channel FASST released was Futaba's decision to go back into the programming and make that change. I know they (Futaba) did a press release on that specific feature and the 7 channel FASST about late summer.
