Status: offline 		yes it is. I would say it flies great for what you pay for it. Do not expect a superb performance glider for competition or so. But it thermals nicely, I specked it out many times. It flies great, looks cool with the short wing chord and winglets. You can do loops and rolls, but you have to be careful not to stress the wings too much. I like the DG-1000 a lot!

Status: offline 		put 2 hooks about 1" in front of the CG and about 1.5-2" below thw wings for hi-start. it's much safer than just having one hook

Thats just the way i like it

I have one of theese. They are fast for such a small model, but not fast enough to raise the adrenaline all the way up.

But, oh boy do this guys on the MiniWing video have some slopes to play around on. Check out their videos page. 50 really nice vids there.
