do you mean when u go to start it, as the motor turns over the wheels move? or it start then it does not move but if u push it turns the motor over? mine did that to me, make sure the springs are in the grove on the flywheel nut, otherwise it will grab instantly and seize up. if you can't get them in the grove, reverse the clutch shoe patter instead of going,(looking from the back of the motor the pads are going clock wise, go counter clock wise, it gives a sooner night, but makes the springs fall into the grove and allows it to work better, and does not seize up. i use the max life shoes, a 16t vented cb, and mugen 1.0mm springs.
