I am hoping to get some video this week hopefully depending on the weather.....Update on the DA 85: this enigne just flat out gets with it! And with every flight so far it gets better and stronger each time. I cant wait to see what it does when she gets off the lawnboy and a Mejzlik prop!....more updates to fallow

So whats the latest?!?! I like daily updates . Are you including mounting templates? If you do, you need one for the ZDZ super 80 .

Well testing is going outstanding and we are really liking how the new Extra flys and how stable she is at low speeds...We will be doing templates for DA, 3W and ZDZ....And your can installation will be easy with something new I have come up with! And I think alot of people will like what they see....for those that want to run a can. I will be doing more testing this weekend and will also try and have a video up....so please stay tuned.

Thanks
John

They ask for a deposit??????? I still can't imagine this being a good precision flyer with those near-constant chord wings. If you do a video, be sure to throw in a few precision snaps. I'd like to see how this thing will gyrate, and see if it will stay on track.

The plane flys precision awesome. Snap rolls stop instantly. And the tracking is very impressive as well.

Thanks

I think the deposit is more for a good way of judging how many people are interested in the airplane , and a good way to judge how many to make on the first run. They only asked for $50.00 , I plopped down a cool $100.00............oooOOOooooohh look at me , look how cool i am hehe.

New update: Well the Extra will be down for about a week or so due to the DA 85 needing to get sent in to DA for an update on the front hub. I talked with DA on Friday and Jeff said to send it in as we have a low serial number......so once we get the engine back from DA I will get more testing done and a Video.

Thanks
John

PS I also want to say DA has been first rate with their service.....but thats nothing new!

So you have time to update the website then ? Any idea if all the people who have preordered are getting a plane with the first shipment? Is the first shipment for sure in Feb?
