I am goind to buld a 6 cell and a 5 cell A123 pack......where can I get some cheap balance tabs

Try most of the lipo vendors. Here's a few among many.

FMA Direct also has balance tabs or node connectors for use with their chargers

Pick your above 4 cell charger FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then decide what charging plugs will plug directly into the charger without having to buy those "Butcher Job" adapter cords.

Talk to ALL the charger companies FIRST.
