Can I use my 6cell "blinky" to balance A123 cells?

Also, where can I buy the balance tabs for a 6 cell A123? I went to some of the common sites that this forum recommended but could not find the tabs alone.

I wanted to buy "Thunder Power pin spacing tabs" so my A123 packs will not diffe from my other lipo packs

There a A123 Blinky. The standard version is setup for Lipo voltages. rctoys.com has TP taps.
