And a Happy New Year to you too! If you dont have a building board yet, a pine shelf board longer and wider than the wing/fuselage, will work well. Iron the plans flat using a small towel under the iron. Get a roll of wax paper. Get another piece of wood to make cuts on. Usually, the fuselage begins with a box type method, using the firewall/or the first former behind the firewall, and all formers that extend to the trailing edge of the wing. Locate these formers, along with any top and bottom sheeting, and see how they line up to begin. Of course, you can always read the instructions, and hope that they were written by a builder! X-Acto fine tooth saw really helps, especially when making cross bracing. All braces should fit snug. Sanding block, X-Acto #11 knife, Pins, masking tape (for joining sheets), Steel Straight edge, 90 Degree Triangle for alignment, white glue, 30 and 5 minute epoxy, tickets to a show for the GF!
