I have just recently ordered the yak 50cc giantscale plane and the plane came in damages the canopy has a crack in it and I need to do I need to send the whole plane back to you are will you send me another canopy. I have tried for 3 days to contact your support group by phone and I just get put on hold and no answere. I also sent a e-mail to the support group and I have not recieved a reply from it.

I have strong concerns with this company on makeing my purchase good.

This is my 3rd plane that I have purchase from this comany and all 3 have been damaged.

I was able to repair the other 2 but i can't repair this piece on the new yak. Need new canopy. Here is the the order number from my purchase from you see below.
