Status: offline 		ok, i installed a new STEEL clutch bell ,intallation went great very easy, but now when i put my tsunami on the ground i can push it foward with no problem, but i can not roll it backwards ,it's like all the wheels lock up, did i miss something or is this not a very big problem?

Status: offline 		gear mesh is the play between the spur gear and the clutchbell. You could have it too tight, too loose which will destroy your gears.

Status: offline 		i had mine too tight once and it wouldnt roll backwards. with it set perfect it would roll forward perfect without a wisper, and would have just a light drag when rolling backwards

Status: offline 		When you mount the engine in the vehicle, cut a small strip of printer paper about 2 inches long. When you mest the spur gear and clutch bell, make sure you crimp the paper nice and tight in between the gears. Don't put enough presure to put the vehicle through you table, but enough to make sure your gears are meshed tight. Pull the paper out and you have a good gear mesh. Try that and see if it help.
