I know this sounds silly and time comsuming, but, I have actually cut 4mm coro in half to acheive a thinner material. Not as strong as the 2mm, but works. Use a reallt sharp xacto blade to cut down the length of the flute, then the next one, and the next... You get the idea, right?

try www.harborsales.net - they're in New England, and deliver regionally.

Call around to local plastic product distributors... might be surprised who carries coroplast.

I couldnt find any either, signs shops in my area don't use it at all and told me they couldnt get it, I just ordered some from harbor sales, real nice lady that answered the phone. I hope to recieve it in a few days. she was very helpfull and knew what I wanted as far as having it cut. I waisted alot of time making calls and driving around to the sign shops. Harbor sales has my business!!!
