I saw this on an add on RCG. I was wondering if I had put in a low-power brushless setup that it would suite a beginner racer. I'm not exactly planning on entering in a racing competition, just to fly for fun.

Now, if I can get this plane, then I would eventually grow into a more, high-powered setup.

The Sunracer is a wonderful plane. It is extremely clean and is capable of extreme speed. Even with a low power setup you can easily hit 120-140mph. The high power setups get them up around 180. The only problem I had with mine (version 1) was getting it slowed down to land. That is why the V2 acomadates 2 aileron servos. This allows flaperon to dirty things up. I loved mine with a Mega 4 turn motor and a 6" prop. Get down to a 3 turn and a 4.5" prop and it turns into a missle.
