Ok guys, just to show ya what i've cooked up for name stickers. I've had many people ask about em, and been wondering how to do the multi layer thing anyway. So i picked up a font from the web, and started tooling around. This one is not any fancy color. It was actually done with vinyl, over vinyl mask. Since this cutter is primarily for logo masks, etc, to be incorporated in my painting. Anyway, heres a pic. Its larger than most want, so i have to get the size down.

That layering was actually not very challenging to me. Before i start offering anything like this to you guys, i'll have to find a few nice fonts, that are easy to work with, and not too intricate. The other issue is simply $$$. This requires me buying a full roll of vinyl for each color. And if theres one thing i've learned during painting, is that everyone wants what they want. Meaning they all want a different color combo. Which can make this adventure costly at my end. So if i decide to offer this at all, there will definitely be a minimum required on name stickers. Naturally the single color stuff will be quicker and easier, so that'll be an option too.

Another thing i "can" do, is the print and cut option. Its a feature that sets up to print on the vinyl thru a standard PC printer, then cuts an outline from it, in the cutter. I have not used that feature, but will soon. That may simply be the best route. I'll reserve judgement on that until i get my printer going again. Im not entirely in love with the most recent printer i bought, and really dont like the cost of ink cartridges for it. Just thought i'd post that up for you fellas that asked. Im gonna be collecting fonts tonight, and seeing how small this cutter will cut.

Looks good Matt. Are those individual letters or is it all 1 piece?

All individual Brian. They are applied with transfer tape, to keep it all even, and properly spaced.

Jake, the only size that matters is that the sheets are 8 inches wide for this cutter. Batman, i have a Twinkie font here. lol. Courtesy of Jake.

Guys, this may be an option to run 17mm wheels on 6mm axles without the wobble.

Brian, i do believe something like that will be the answer for us. I know there are a few companies making some like that.

I am just going over some last minute stuff on the Revo. Found my slipper backed wayyyy out on me. I know why i had to be soo punched now, just to make a clean double last week on that triple. I cou
