sweet, was hoping it'd work, I don't want to have to buy a really expensive charger yet as I plan on buying a few to keep all my future batteries charged Right now I'm trying to get into this as cheap as I can, I know it'd be alot better with better stuff, but initially I won't know the difference anyways, plus I'm always gonna be in this hobby, so I have plenty of time to upgrade, I'm only 28

I am pretty sure that 2 of those in 3S2P configuration will work just great. The charger I have never heard of before. You have noticed that it has a 50Watt max charge rate?

I just noticed something... 2 x 4000mah 3S1P packs are only $4.60 cheaper than 1 x 4000mah 6S1P. I really like the look of these Zippy packs. Really good value for money!

Ummm, just noticed what I said. It was meant to be 6S1P... not 3S2P. To get you to a total of 22.2Volt

I'm almost ready to start the build. I received my upgrades to the head and the electronics. One more shipment, flight battery, T Rex 600 Tail Rotor and Blades and Gyro and a few items. This should be interesting . Mike

A couple of weeks for sure if work doesnt get in the way. Since this is a pretty big helicopter I really think the we need take our time and check everything on this one. I've been attacked my my King II (my fault) and it whacked me to get my attention. I had a chance to hover a friend's T Rex 600 (wasn't about to try anything else with a friend's bird). When you hear one of these spool up you can tell how much power your dealing with. It's even more stable than my 450V2. Mike

I just had some killer flights, soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy , I'm sure alot of you know this feeling, took my Belt CP outside for the first time today, way cool. Everyone coming down the street were in awe of it, very few heli pilots around my area (yes I've checked AMA) anyways I took the suggestion from Rosebud(?) and installed my telebee gyro on my HBK II holy crap that thing got alot better, now I'm jumping with excitement to get my E-Smart done, I need more money

nothing "good value" about a heli that costs $100 more then its bigger brother, the E-Smart 600 (9 inches bigger, and cheaper )

The Belt CP is ready to fly. last i saw the E smart 600 it ARF yes? Yes, thus my point its just a chasis. once you mount stuff it gets more expensive.

Also excuse my ignorance the Esky e550 is different from the e-smart600.
am i also right in saying that it grows like this? HB king II -> Belt CP -> Esmart600 -> e550
Any one Got A Release Date?

The ESky line goes like this

1 - Lama Iv
2 - HBFP
3 - HBCP
4 - HBK II
5 - Belt CP
6 - 900
7 - E-Smart/G-Smart

The E-Smart ARTF is $168, the 900 is $259, how are you saving, and you don't need to run $200 worth of batteries either, I'll be flying mine on a pair costing me $120, all the other parts are pretty much the same price, except right now you can hardly find parts for the 900. I'll stand by my "No savings with a 900", It supposedly was already released even though the ESky website doesn't say anything about the Heli.

The E Smart is a kit. I requires some assembly. Once you get into the 500/600 class of helicopter's you need to buy electronics ,servos batteries, gyro. For the money it a pretty good deal not to mention parts and upgrades are dirt cheap and plentiful. Here's a picture of mine. A 550 is a bit smaller Between the 450 and 600 size. Mike

the 900 also most likely shares the same head as the Belt CP too, so if you compare the 900 to the Belt CP its an even worse value

Ok i get the point though i thought you compared to the belt CP so that didnt make sense in my book but yes i will agree with that.

I didnt know that esky made larger than 400 sized helis until reading this post. but thats really cool so i can't wait for the e550.
