i am trying to hinge a 85in sbd dauntless ruder and elevators.
is there a way to make robart pin hinges removable?
i bought thr hinge pockets from robart and i am a bit afraid to trust this litle allen screw that tightens at the plastic threads on the pocket.
the surfaces is quite big and there are only two hinges per surface.
one thinking is to use metal tubes at both ends so when i need to remove the surface simple cut the hinge and clear the remaining of the hinge with a drill and fit a new one. have anyone tried this?
any other ideas?
parhaps remove the pin and slide a piano wire throu all of the hinges?
any help will be apreciated!!

Status: offline 		ive seen the piano hinge concept before, the only thing is to make a way for the line to stay in, maybe ue an allen screw coller at each end.
