raskco -> beecraft Bonanza 1/5 scale weight problem (3/2/2002 4:50 PM)

Does any one have a beechcraft bonanza with a 90 size motor. not v-tail.... I have one and it's way to tail heavy for some reason.. I never built it but man, I don't know what to do... I have a 4 cell "c" size pack in the front and to tell you how much it's off I put a 6 cell "c" size pack on the prop and it still neded more weight.. Is this normal for the big planes? did any one else have that problem with this top-flite kit? I hope i can get the cg right... WOW... Any advice from any one? Thanks L8ER..
Here's a pic of it when I bought it.. It's all done now....

I haven't balanced mine yet but I think I'm close to getting it 1" ahead of the recommended C/G .I also have an on board glow system (Aerrow)up front that helps the C/G.Mine has glass parts that I think are a bit lighter also ,especially the cabin...Steve
