OK, I have brand new xtreme 180 motors and did a 30min breakin with AA batteries.
I have noticed that each bushing creates two sparks.
One motor has 3 sparks while the other has 2.
Should all the bushings be sparking? 4 total per motor?

If You look into the motor when operating; You should see uniform blanket of sparks on a brush that is 100% broken in.

If You are just seeing sparks at the top and bottom part of the brushes (btw., You will only see the sparks on the trailing edge of each brush) then they haven't conformed completely.

A 30 minute 3 volt break in isn't enough; an hour or more is better. You will notice much better power when they are broken in.
