Status: offline 		WOW , I just wanted to share my experiance with others . I just purchased the sv27 brushless boat combo from tower hobbies . It came with 2 Duratrax 3800 battery packs . On the second run one of the packs got smoked . It had a bad cell in it . I called tower and they refered me to call hobbico for the warranty . I called hobbico and explained what happened to the battery . They told me," no problem" they would send me another pack out and I should have it in the next couple of days . I was on the phone with them for about 3-4 minutes . I was really surprised how they handle it . Most places would want you to send the damaged item back , then would take a few weeks to reply to you , then would probably make you pay something for the replacement and then charge you shipping !! Well I just wanted to share my experiance with everyone , I give them an A+++++ !!!!
