Better for crawling if you keep the stock setup (spur/cb). with a few gearing changes you can basicly tune it to whatever you require. Peace.
I forgot to add that you will be using the ring and pinion gears from the Cen on this mod.

little bit of fileing and it slid into the alloy case.
dremmeled the slots for the pins reassembled and ready to install in the truck.
one hd cup and one stock.built from parts.

got out.
think i'll lock the front too.
drove into the backyard and back through about 5 inches of snow.
had to go slow as the rooster tails were cooling the engine.should have had the body on.

Another nice thing about having a locked rear end is... dual rooster tails! Now I can sling mud at my friends T-Maxx with both rear tires!

GOD how things have changed a few months ago lockers where a bad word and i was told to stay away. So i went and got a locker anyway and i LUV IT
people say it will make ur truck turn like a oil tanker but if you use a locker on LOOSE surfaces they a very good fun

i just had to let that out
