Guys, sorry for the hassle with bad wood but with any of our products we will replace defective parts if you contact us at the time. I try to make sure the wood is sealed in plastic bags to keep the elements like humidity out but sometimes...obviously the wood is still bad. When we package the kits we make sure all the wood is straight but I know if a wood board has internal stresses that have not "relaxed" yet from the mill then it will warp on its own over time. We've all seen the twisted and warped boards at places like Lowes and Home Depot! Balsawood is no different. Anyway, the Hybrids look great. Craig, your building room looks really tight there! Did you get stuck in the loft! The pic looks kinda funny with the tiny door in the background....lol
