The screw is on the engine block near the base of the carb, and for what I can tell it serves no purpose at all. I'll post some pics of it soon as well as my "handy-work" so far

Dude, that's the screw that prevents the carb from falling off.

what would happen if you moved the location of the pin on the crank side making it like a stroker motor or making a longer c.rod or milling the bottom side of the head button that would give you more cp. ratio but will make more cyl psi that means you would have to run a higher % nitro fuel

Fine! Go!

Just kidding I've been absent from this thread because it's winter here in Ohio and there's nothing I can do right now to test my work but here's what I've done so far.

I have modified the crankshaft with 5 spiral grooves going through the center to better atomize the air/fuel charge.
I have smoothed out the crankcase below the carb to try to get more flow into the crankshaft.
I cc'd the head, then cut spirals into the head to get more swirl, then re-cc'd the head and shaved the crankcase to get the same compression ratio.
I polished the exhaust ports and ported the sleeve to get better exhaust flow.
I designed and fabricated a custom header exhaust pipe tuned to the max rpm I'm trying to achieve. (fuel pressure may be an issue though)
I've modified the cylinder head to cool better so that I can run a leaner mixture.
I've removed any unnecesary B.S. from the engine (pull-start and related).
I've spaced the carb up 1/2 inch, but I don't know if it's going to make a damn bit of difference.

The only other thing that I want to try is to fabricate an accelerator pump to feed into that useless screw hole (and it definetly serves NO purpose!) to slightly richen the mixture when you stab the throttle.

I'll let you know this spring if it payed off or blew up!

That screw holds the carb on. If you take it out, the carb will be pretty loose, not like it would fall out, but it would be a lot more loose than normal, and might change positions when you connect it to the throttle servo.

Actually, I know the Hyper .21 had an optional boost bottle backplate. The screw he's talking about may very well be plugging the hole for the boost bottle.

As for the Nitrous thing, it's been done. Not sure if they're still around, but the company was called Jag RC:

Looks like Nitrous Express has a RC Nitrous kit as well:
