....and the two cooling holes i cut near the motor and ESC. i clocked in excess of 100deg celsius on the motor when i run this thing....so the cooling holes are a must if i run the car with the body on. The temperatures are more manageable now.

Lookin good man

Glad to hear the carbon fiber shock towers fit good and work. I was looking at them originally but they'd break alot easier than the stock plastic ones, and I don't have a balls to spend $20 on something thats going to break

i have the CF towers for my DF03 as well and that car gets trashed a lot - but so far its held up well. dont know how weaker the CFs really are than the plastic ones....but if i manage to break the CF towers i probably would be able to do that to the plastic ones as well lol!

they look good IMO tho - thats the only reason why i bought them. my plastic towers were almost brand new when i tossed them back in the parts box!

Yes, you are absolutley correct about the CF towers being weaker than the stock plastic ones. The plastic for the whole durga kit in general is almost indestructable. I did a skid across the tarmac with my 3racing front shock tower and it took a nice chunk out of it. I have never had any carbon fiber parts until these ones, so im not sure how the quality should be, but i think the 3racing ones are a bit on the lower quality side. Its funny because as i speak right now, i just received an order from stella models and they accidentally gave me front and rear carbon shock towers which i already own. They were supposed to give me the 3racing front and rear aluminum suspension mounts. I sent them an email and im hoping they will let me keep the shock towers and send me the correct parts that i order. I like the looks of your Durga Nauticar. You got the mamba in there like myself. Im thinking of getting the new TRF aeiration Buggy dampers 54028, but they are kinda pricey at the moment. When i do add the dampers, that will be my last upgrade except for LIPO, and she will be a very competitive buggy, right up there with the B44 and D4. What do you guys think?

I think your right!! And do spend the money on the TRF dampers, they are well worth it.

Yeah im definitley gonna get them. Hopefully as soon as Stellamodels gets some in. They say that next week they are getting some new items for the Durga. The new dampers may be pricey, but i look at it like this: The Associated B44 dampers go for about $80.00, so why not just take the plunge and make the buggy even better. Oh yeah, and by the way, i ended up getting free front and rear graphite shock towers for the Dyrga because stella screwed my order up. Does anyone want to buy them? Acevtwin, do you own the TRF dampers that just came out?

No I don't. But I own the DT-02 MS and a TRF-501X and they both have the shocks on them. They are awesome!
