Status: offline 		Has anyone had any experience with Likes electric jack screw retracts? I have found planes on the internet that use them but I haven't found if guys like them or dislike them. I bought plans for a 1/4 scale Spartan Executive that specify Likes retracts but I don't know anything about them and their reliability/durability.

Status: offline 		I have had a set. They are good. Work nice and slow.... and super reliable for me.

I used them hard in my Pica Spit.... help up great. in fact, they outlived the plane after 5 years of flying....

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner but I had some stuff come up.

Thanks for the input. Can I ask a couple more questions? Did you think they were heavy? Any problems with interference with the radio gear?

Status: offline 		Certainly a little heavier than air retracts.. but super relioable. And.. I had them in an 88" Spit... weight was not a real big issue.

NO radio issues.. I do use PCM radios though..
