Status: offline 		I have a new corally rdx and have an issue with the front ball diff. Everything was put together properly ( I tripple checked) but when I hold the car off the ground, give it throttle and turn the front tires hard left or right, the front belt starts jumping slightly ( tension is o.k.) and the front diff, axles and tires seem to vibrate alittle with a sound like something is loose. Sometimes it will quit and go back to smooth running. When I take the front tires ( foam) off, no problems at all. I checked for rubbing on all moving surfaces ( tires included) and found nothing wrong. I tried loosening and tightening the diff with no change. I purchased another diff and got the same thing. Running the car on the ground, everything seems to be fine. I have little experience with ball diffs ( previous experience was with nitro monster trucks). Is this normal or did I do something wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.
