Well, the main tuning options on a brushless system, would be in the gearing, specific choice of motor(if they don't mandate a spec motor), and the ESC settings. On a few systems they have several throttle curves to choose from. So there could be a fair amount of tuning involved in brushless setup, but it wouldn't have the same appeal to most people that Nitro does.
