I finally got a chance to run mine yesterday. I'm very impressesd with what the machine will do. It only got stuck once and that was an unusal situation (driving off a bush in a snow drift). It won't climb everything, but still will pull itself over a lot more than you'd imagine. Even some of the icy mounds it was able to tackle.

A little off topic, but my Kyosho Twin Force came with one, but I never used it on the 3 year old monster truck.

Yeah, I've got some video of it. It's not too good, though, so I'm going to try to get some better clips on Friday. I'll try for some action shots too. I'll try to post something on YouTube some time this weekend.

It's not great footage, but it's what I've got for now. The snow has started to melt here, so no more footage at the moment. It's supposed to get colder on Sunday, though, with a good chance of snow. Maybe I'll get to drive it more then.

Very nice Kitsune!!

Is that the full speed from the silvercan?! Looks like it is fast enough in the snow, but can probably use a faster motor.. ha!

Looks cool, though!! Can't wait to run mine!!

Thanks!
Yeah, that's the top speed of the included Kyosho motor. It's got some pretty good torque, though, so I think you could easily up the pinion a tooth or two to raise the top speed a bit. I know driving through snow takes more power, so the low ratio it's setup with has it's good side too.

Yeah, when you are driving in the powder snow, the drag will be a bit more, I am sure!!

But was just saying that it looks like the chassis can handle more speed pretty easily!!

Yeah, it certainly does. The simplicity of the chassis also makes it easy to add braces and upgrade to make it stronger still. Myself, I think the weakest point stock is the drive chains. They look like they might jump easily, though I haven't had any problems so far with them.
