Another thing, if you dont already have one get a stick radio.
It's alot easier to drive with a stick radio than a Pistol Grip.
The nitro guy had a 1000 dollar stick radio in it....
You dont have to go that pricy, but get something you can afford anyhow...

LoL, tamiya and kyosho have to be the only companies left using msc's. If i get a blizzard I may actually run that one till it blows. msc's are easier to waterproof and for snow you dont need the smoothest control ever. In the summer I'll slap an esc in there. I e-mailed ultimatehobbies about the on order, if they can get it by chrismas I may have one of these, hopefully it'll snow more than once this year!

I do have stick radio, but I will be using my 3PKS on this one... I don't see how using a stick is easier on this thing...

Eek, looks like I would have to convert it to 48p. I was planning on gearing it up and running a 19t but I'm not gonna buy too many funky pinions. looks like 72 maybe?

Forgot to mention it before you even bought it...I'm so sorry...
You will feel the difference with a stick.
You can try the pistol grip 3PK, and see if the radio will turn it sideways.....
With a good stick radio you can go in any direction.
That's basically what I wanted to say.

I dont see how a stick would be any different if it's a 2ch. Steering is steering and throttle is throttle no matter what radio it's on

Make sure you get rid of those solderless leads and directly solder. They rob alotta power from the motor. I ran gold solderless leads for a while and when I finally learned to solder it felt like a new motor.

why would you need a stick radio? Guess I dont get what the difference would be.
edit or rather; why would a stick radio make a differnce over a pistol?
