Not in a kit or ARF that I have seen. There are some scratch builts of 70% or so. Search the giant forum for the 70% Staducher.

In kit form, about the largest I've heard of is Carden's 40% (or is it 42%?) kits of scale aerobatic planes (Extra 300s and the like). They're very popular at IMAC competitions and they fly with 150cc engines. I saw a guy with a 50% Extra at one of our local events and I just saw a 70% something-or-other in a magazine, but those were scratch-built.

Oh, and yea, in a Japanese magazine I saw a guy with a HUGE Fly-baby (it looks kind of like a PT-19). The guy was ACTUALLY FLYING IN IT and yes, it was an R/C airplane!!! But I don't remember who was operating the controls--the pilot (in the plane) or someone else on the ground.
