i really want to see it in this 110 size and then i will decide...
my wife just left for a week to go to pa to visit her parents, too bad i cant order it and get it within that week, then i could hide it in the garage for a couple months and warm her up to the idea of having it
i posted the same thing on the extra 88" thread...chris is going to get me in trouble one of these days

It will be hard to hide these big boxes!

i have a few questions for anyone with a da and stock exhaust:
are you happy with the power? would it be easier to balance if it was heavier or lighter?
i ask because i am a zdz fan, other than hacking up the firewall for the rear carb, they are great motors,
anyway, they have a 100 listed as 1 pound lighter than da, and they ahave a 120 listed as around 3/4lbs heavier,
so should i get the 100 and hope the power is enough? or get the 120 and assume there is enough power to be smiling constantly? possibly not even notice the difference in wing loading, i assume these bigger planes can tolerate a pound either way more than a smaller plane would,
i am sure i will ask again when i can afford this puppy, and by then more people will have been flying them, but i want to know which motor to daydream with

The tightest spot in the tuned pipe tunnel is over the landing gear plate. If I remember correctly, the last time I measured it, it was 70mm over the LG plate. There is plenty of room for the KS tuned 1060 or 1090 pipes or cannisters, ES Composite pipes, or MTW 75k cans. That is one thing nice a bout this plane. Ther is plenty of room to put just about any engine combo within the recommended set-up.

Here is a video from last weekend, hucking the Extreme Flight RC 110" Yak 54!

Happy Skies and God Bless!

My BMB 60MM tuned pipe fits good, not alot of space left but it's ok...
The diameter of the BMB pipes is equal over the hole lenght... thats why it was a tight fit... KS will have alot of space around the LG.

ps: Nice vid FH!!

Joined the EF club yesterday, can't wait to get her in the air! Going with Futaba 9156s on the rudder 9one to start with) and stabs and 5955s on the wings, DA100 on KS cans.

Looks another great product from EF, great construction and covering.
