We may be able to get some video of mine up next weekend. On the maiden I slung the prop and tore my engine up. Talked to Jeff at DA and I should have my engine back by middle of next week.

I got about 13 minutes of time on mine and it was a blast. I am just glad the prop didn't take a wrong turn when I was down low.

Well I figured out which color scheme I want. The original version. After I saw it on the updated website. It made my decision.. Very sweet!!

I balanced mine tonight. I have the older DA with stock exhaust. The batteries had to go farther back then I thought. Just behind the rudder servo. Too bad I mounted my switch up front. Have to move it to the back or add 18" of 16 gauge wire.

Hey Josey,
Is that the 110" or the original 87"? I likes it ALOT!!!

I think the Flying Hawaiin, used fiberglass on the inside. Not sure if that was before or after he cut it out..

I found with mine that I have had to move the batteries (2 x A123 2S) quite a way back, to get the CG where I like it. I have a carbon spinner, Mejzlick 28x10 and KS cannisters on the plane.

Have put some graphics on her, waiting to do the wings once I have repaired the covering on the LHS which came off on the third flight.

Graphics looks great! What is the size of your JR decal on the tail ? Just the "JR" not including the writing (feel the difference)

Thanks. The J is 4 inches across and 5 inches high, the R is 6 Inches by 5 inches. The whole graphic is about 11 inches across; hope that helps.
