Doesn't sound like a guy from Texas, does it? He joined RCU yesterday, claims to be from Texas on what little he has listed about himself on his RCU info page, can you say Nigerian Scam? This is the second time I've been contacted by these fraud artists in as many months. I wish RCU could rid itself of these criminals, instead of waiting for someone to get ripped of and hope the negative ratings will prevent future cons.

If the transaction took place in the marketplace, please fill out the fraud complaint form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the marketplace. If the transaction took place on another site, please send me a PM with all of the information and I will do my best to look into it and see if there is something we can do.
