Feedback on Sombra Labs ? - 12/5/2007 5:58:19 PM

Status: offline 		Anybody dealt with a company out of Canada called Sombra Labs ? I ordered a receiver from them 11/09/07 and never received it. What has me concerned is that they don't answer my emails either.
I saw an ad for them on one of the forums I frequent, so I figured they were legit, and maybe they are. Is it normal to wait a month for mail orders ? I'm new at RC planes, but I buy a lot of other stuff online and have never experienced this long of a wait. Am I just impatient?

Thanks for the reply. Guess I'll have to try the tele, no answer to my email. maybe they're just real busy this time of year. At least I know some one else has ordered successfully from them.

You might try using the link through their "contact us" page, I've had problems with various web pages for some reason with my "system" trying to contact companies. Going through their own contact link seems/appears to work better or quicker for some reason. I have no idea if this is fact or fiction it just seems to work better for me.

tried that, couldn't get past the verification characters. Must a tried a dozen times. I did email them with a an address provided by PayPal and got an answer today. It seems that the crystals that were part of the order wern't available until the 19th of Nov. They assured me I should get my stuff next week. I'll keep ya posted.

29 days after I ordered it, Boo!
Now, lets see if this Noob can get it to work,
