okay this is pretty obvious. first, you see the tt-01d is more expensive. higher priced things shouldnt be worse than what was before. so yes, the d is better than the tt-01 in many aspects. a little search before posting wouldve helped a lot for you ...

well, tt-01 is just a general name for the tt-01 series i guiess. you can buy a tt-01 and upgrade to the exact specs of the D...i have the tt-01 kit and it drift right from stock (you need to put some ABS pipe on the rims to dirft bettter)...of course you can always make it drift better by installing BB, aluminum prop shafts, oil filled shcoks..etc

Yes the TT01-R is the best

Comes with Alum Prop Shaft

Steal Dog bones

You might be better off getting your TT-01 from somewhere else other than that link you posted. It does not say RTR in the name of the car so I assume it is a kit. $250 is a bad price for a tt-01 kit even if that is in Austraian currency that has got to be at least 200 American. It would be worth the extra shipping cost from RC mart or even tower hobbies.

US is stronger than AUS, $250 AUS equals about $220 US. I might wait a while and have a good look around for a while before i decide.
