try a smaller prop. I have a Satio 100 on my Hellcat but that is running a 3 blade 14x7 prop. There is a guy at my field at the this plane with an Satio 91 but I never asked him what prop is was running. Have pilotoe how does the 100 fit in the cowl. did you have to cut much

Has anyone thought of putting one of the bigger webra's on this plane. They are not much more than OS, are lighter generally, and make much more power. Seems like it would be a good alternative.

I can definetly state from fact as having my sd with a os 75 get beat by a brand spanking new os 91 sd that had not even got broken in yet. Go with the os 91.

Alo 111 go to post 117 and there is pics of the OS 91 without the muffler. here on pics with the muffler. I used a simline but wish I would have used a brisson as I would not had to cut much for the muffler. As you see I did not have to cut any for the OS 91. So far I have 10 flight with the OS 91 on her and check temp after each flight and she running cool.

Thanx for the pics,I will have to see what mufflers are available in my country.
Now that you have run both the 75 and 91 in this plane is the 91 worth it ?

Are there any electric set ups for this plane? Enjoyed the read comparing the 91 to 75. Interested if any of the brotherhood have maxed out an electric motor with high cell count packs?????? How fast can this thing go? Also, I know other comments are posted about the comparison to Kelly, but which frame would be the ultimate high speed set up to go with? Thanks.

Well I flew quite a bit on Sunday ringing out the little 75 against the mighty os 91's and ys 110 combos. I got to say the ys 110 combo is blazing fast. I did find the best prop for my os 75 so far. A 11-8 apc. I had about 8 different apc props to try and got through about 5 of them before I tried the 11-8. I noticed a good improvement. I could stay just about even with the os 91 sd but I still think the os 91 has a little more with the right prop choice. This plane is still the only plane I have flown since started flying the sundowner.
