Hello; I don't want to belittle everyones efforts during this winter but, I have bought one of those indoor helicopters and am having lots of fun finetuning my piloting skills indoors. If I could drag myself out to my unheated shop, I would find 4 planes needing repair, a Mk mustang waiting patiently for me to get to, and a unionville otter that I managed to ignore all last winter.
Oh, by the way, we still fly twice a week here on the wet coast, although it has snowed a bit here lately.

). The wings were already glassed so I'm working on lightening the tail while improving scale appearance. Then I've got the bigger Unionville Norseman on floats which I started ~10-12 yrs ago and never completed. I built new floats earlier this year which are much more scale and am also replacing the slab tail with built-up to tighten, strenghten, and correct scale outline and profile. I hope to have both ready for paint by the time good weather arrives. If I manage to get these two ready before the winter is over I may start on a Brian Taylor Kingfisher, on float, or perhaps a Marutaka Stuka or Zero. Can't decide!
