Hello all,

I just bought two nitromodels EP planes (EP-3D and the Ultimate bipe) to introduce me to electric flying. I've been flying strictly glow planes up to now and I'm getting tired of my glow engine's mood swings...

I need some advice on what kind of equipment to get for these two models. I included the link to the planes below.

I need advice on motors, ESCs, batteries, and servos. I also want to upgrade to a 6ch programmable radio, so if anyone knows of a good one that already comes with a micro receiver and servos and does not brake the bank, please let me know! Also, I'm also a bit confused on what all is needed to charge the batteries for such planes. I have a 12V battery that I've been using for the starter for my glow plane, so I would like to get a charger that uses that as the power source. I would also like a charger that does the job fairly quickly...none of this over-night stuff. Maybe quick charges are standard...I'm not sure, like I said, I'm clueless about EP.

Anyway, as far as the motor and battery go, could someone please let me know of some models that provide the following:
1) high performance (speed, torque, power), mediocre flight times
2) mediocre performance, long flight times

I'm leaning towards option 1, as long as the mediocre flight times are acceptable

I know I have asked for a lot here, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
