Hi,

I use new hitec 5955 servo with the futaba 14MZ on the weatronic system.

When I slowly move elevator or rudder, my servos not moving smooth, they jitters.

Before I used a simple 149 DP receiver and everything was working fine.

Have you let the Weatronic scan for the correct frequency or did you just set the frequency?

I had this problem and scanning and finding the frequency of your TX fixed the problem. You will find that the actual frequency is slightly different to what you have set on your TX by about 100Khz

I also had Hitec 5955's but I was using a 9ZAP TX.

Try it.

Regards

What voltage batteries are you using?

I use two 4000mah 7.4 volt Lithium Ion batteries from Duralite in my Turboprop 35% Extra. It has eight 5955 TG servos. The only time I have ever had jitters was when the Weatronic RX was not "Synced" to the TX. Good luck, If you find the problem please let us know.

Regards

Hi,
Now I did a test with a futaba FF9 TX on the weatronic, dud it makes NO difference

Than took back the 149 DP receiver on the FF9 and all servos working fine.

Your Weatronic RX may be faulty. You should ask the experts at weatronic.

I use 2x 3700 mah flightpower lipo ( 7.4 V )

I was thinking that this is a factory support forum.

So the experts must be here.

Hi Sapca,
1. After saving your setup of your settings to your hard drive, do a reset of the receiver to factory settings and reload the program. Do a scan, which has to be initiated within 30 seconds after switching on the receiver.
2. How long are the servo leads and are you using twisted strand wire?

Thank you,

Gerhard

Make sure your servos are set to digital in the servo setup window.

Hi Gerhard,

I did all the things you whrite, bud still have the same problem :-((

The point is,that when I use a futaba 149 DP receiver on a emcotec, everything is working fine.

So that means that the servos and the wires are fine.

The scan only takes a few seconds and it's donne.

Changed to different channels to be shure the scan is donne properly.

On the German forum ( RC-network ) there was a guy who had the same problem and he cood not fix it.

Hi Sapca,
Please contact Alwin at Weatronic in Germany. Info at http://www.weatronic.com/cms/index.php?option=com_contact&catid=18&Itemid=3 . You are in Europe and he will be able to sort things out for you. Might be best to send him the receiver with servos, so he can measure the voltages and other parameteres.

Thanks,

Gerhard
