SKYHI1 -> RCV91CD FUEL QUESTION (12/15/2007 5:28:11 PM)

I have a new RCV91CD that I will mount to a Ultrasport 60. I would like to use Cool Power 15%. Is this fuel adequate for this engine. I will probably break it in with a 14 x 6 prop(APC type).
What do you think?: If this fuel is not a good match what fuel can you recommend? I like the synthetics.

Thank you for the help.

Frank

Used a 4 parts methanol - 1 part oil -0.5 parts nitro for running in (18% oil and ~10% nitro), and it seems very happy with that. The oil is Coolpower. This is my standard fuel for pretty well every motor I have, 2- of 4-stroke.
Prop was a Bolly Clubman 13.5x6, but I guess an APC 14x6 would be very similar.

If your CD is running as nicely as mine, you'll enjoy your motor a lot!
Mine is going in a GP Lancair 60.
Cheers,
shonny
