Status: offline 		Eh, so he wanted to take out his old heli with a bang. People doi this all the time.

For example I will tel you the story of Steve(My friends old Ford Festiva)

One day steve had reached the end of his useful life, and we had to options. 1. Sell it to a private party or junkyard for $500 at the most, 2. **** it up.

We chose 2. First we took a sawz all and cut a sunroof in Steve. After looking back at our work we noticed it was a little sharp and dangerous, so we cut the whole top off. We drove it around town for a bit until a cop pulled us over and told us to take it home. So we did....back to the farm, where we put on our fire suits and helmets(we all drag race) and take it to the field and jump it. After about 2 hours of jumping we had blown all 4 shocks shoved the front 2 shocks up through the shock towers. We decided that was enough for the day so we went to hit one more jump and did a face plant with the car breaking the radiator and rupturing a gas line. The car caught on fire. We all hopped out and let it burn to the ground. Later that week we towed it to the scrap yard and still got $200

So remember sometimes the fun you can have destroying something can be worth alot more then the money you can get by selling it.

Status: offline 		I noticed that adding comments was disabled for that video. Gee, I wonder why...? That is one of the most incredibly STUPID and dangerous things I have seen someone do with an r/c vehicle in a public setting. If you want to create flying shrapnel on your own property, fine, but endangering innocent onlookers by doing this in a public street is unacceptable. I know if this little stunt were pulled at my flying club, it would have resulted in a lifetime ban for all involved.

A broken piece of that heli rotor could have injured someone or property, as it rotates at high RPM. Also, you notice vehicles passing by on this public road.
Too bad brainless people do this hobby and put public at risk. These are not mere toys; but scaled down powerful machines that need to be used with common sense and through
safety precautions to have clean fun.

Status: online 		i dont know whats the big deal??? the heli was probably all banged up anyways jsut like cars there gets a point where something is jsut TOO worn out to be usuable for all u know he prolly had to replace half the stuff on the heli anyways in 3D flying BOOMS, BLADES,CHASSIS,HEADS,BEARINGS all warp and bend with out ever crashing eventually

for 3D flying the heli probably wasnt any good for him anymore so trashing it seemed like a good idea

and more money than brains??? i dout it he did show lots of brains but puting 3 cameras in 3 diffrent angles, when it comes down to it IT IS A FUNNY VIDEO


PS i agree with foxy this video has bein posted way to many times, has anyone ever seen the TREX heli verus a shot gun????
