Does anybody know of some good replacement shocks for the Avalanche? I do a little bit of jumping, nothing major, but want a little stiffer suspension.

the clutch springs, and shoes are standard , cen , ofna, hpi. But the clutchbell on the avalanche is the avalanche clutchbell only.

what's a good exhaust upgrade for the avalanche, one for bottom end and one for mid to high end. also whats the best diff oils recomended for off road racing and then oval racing if there's a difference. I've read what's on this web page but still a little confused on what to use. I guess I'm not the brightest bulb in the fixture and theres not a hobby shop with in 100 miles from where I live to ask

I''ve gone through 2 of the HiTech HS645 units in the last couple of months. I suspect my servo saver still needs some refinement. Anybody have any suggestions of where the saver needs to be? The first one that broke I had the servo saver locked out, so it made since. The second one that broke I had the saver set and about 1/4 from being locked out and the dang thing still broke! If I loosen it up too much I may not have good steering. It may be one of those things I just have to play with, but since many of you may run the HiTech servos I thought you might have a good spot to start.

The Hobby Shop guys told me the servo is under warranty, and all I have to do is send it back with my receipt. You can also send them in for repair. I''ve lost the receipt to the 1st one, but I''m going to give the repair thing a whirl.

well i wanted to throw something out there.

i've been reading tons of threads, but not found the answers i was looking for.

1. the fm radio was recalled, but what do the replacements look like? is it worth the am if you have not had the glitch yet?
2. the roto starts? i want to start it with something else then pulling the cord. what are good roto start for the avalanche sh.28 and the hurricane .21 i have?
3. i'm trying to figure the setting, i'm in florida and weather changes from 80 to 60 at night.... i am used to the two needle and this three needle instruction kinda hard to follow and alot of the videos i found were hpi two needle helpt to set the engine.. how far out do you set each need to start the adjustment a qaurter turn down, and what sign to worry about to quickly adjust the engine to not kill it?

i appreciate it.
