If i remember right, last time i charged mine while charging the charge light was red then after a while turned yellow so i thought it was charged and when i unpluged charger from wall charge light turned green. Everything is working fine to my knowledge, I hope. I've only charged it twice so far.

My charger goes from red to green very slowly at the end of the charge, and looks a little orangish when it is in between. I just wait for the full green and then go from there.

mrskascook wait till the light turns full green. If you connect the battery and the light is solid red that is good. When it turns full green it is fully charged. If it turns yellow during a charge it is not just fullycharged. It will work just not give you the run time that a full charge would. IF you connect the battery and the light is yellow or orange then your battery is probably bad. Same thing happened to me. Trinity replaced the battery, but I dont use it. I have heard of too many people with bad battries. I bought one from venom and it works great.

chris007 I looked in to the Photon thing, and some of the parts are the same. I e-mailed the company and they told me that the Photon and the Now are manufactured by the same company so some of the parts could be the same, but they did not say for sure. I have looked on the IRC websight at the pics and compared them to my parts and they are the same in looks. I looked at the dimentions of the vehicle and they are the same. So like IRC told me, they could be the same. Buy at your own risk. They do accept unopened returns, but do not reimburse shipping cost.

Silverfang, that does seem a little risky if they would end up not working you would have to keep the stuff but thanks for finding out.

Silverfang thanks for the info on the battery, I was alittle paroniod of overcharging. Got another ? did you guys get any tools with your trucks? I have to say I was dissappointed not to get a wheel wrench, turnbuckle wrench, no allen wrench or one to fit the swivel balls that the rod ends connect to. And whoever glues the tires on the rims at the factory need to quit sniffing the glue because there work SUCKS,.

I got nothing with mine short of broken and loose parts. And yeah, my tires plenty of glue all the way up the sidewall.

WOW , looks like mine was one of the only "good outta the box" cars ! My tires look fine and are glued straight , steering has little slop in it , and the diffs are holding up just fine . Been jumping it in my living room pretty hard and havent broke anything yet , but I have clipped a doorway and smacked into a chair leg and broke a arms .

It is a 1/16th scale man. For the size it is I think it is made very well.

It didnt go so well Got my now, charged up the battery and took it to the backyard. Was liking it at 1st then came the smoke and a small fire.
After 5 min use in small backyard the esc burst into flames. This was first time out brand new out the box.Never ran it hard, small oval track w/no
jumps and have that black flexable pipe as a border.
Dang, so after putting out the fire called trinity and said they would replace it ,hmmm so I told them I was on my way that I was only
40miles away. I gave them the truck and they put a new esc in and played with some settings, also said that the mesh was a little tight so they l
loosened it. When I got it home only had time for a few laps round the kitchen table, and felt esc was awfully hot.
Tommoroo I have to put some deans on so I can hook it up to a wattmeter. What kind of amps are you guys pulling? And how much amps can
the mamba 25 handle? I will run it on 2s and 3s and record my findings.

I know, but if you inspect the a arms and the suspension arms, they are very fragile, at least for me to have it brake when I didnt even hit anything significant leads me to pause I still have no word from Trinity, they asked for pictures and no reply
